Booking Requests

Not all booking requests are accepted - Emily has the right to refuse a booking if she feels she is not the right artist.

Due to high demand, please allow 5-10 business days for a response to your booking request form.

Client Expectations

Please arrive on time to your appointment, If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you risk the appointment being cancelled and your deposit being lost.

Please come to your appointment alone: no children

If you can no longer attend your booking, or have had a change of heart about getting a tattoo, please contact Emily ASAP via email.

Please get in contact before your booking if you have any pre-planned design changes; your booking time does not allow for complete/major changes.

Myca Ink is Strictly 18+

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Please bring valid photo ID to your booking, failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Deposits

A non refundable $50 deposit is required for every appointment. Deposits must be paid within 72 hours from the time a booking date has been offered.

Your deposit comes off the price of your tattoo on the day.

Deposits are transferable if your have given 72 hours of notice of needing to reschedule your booking.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Any cancellations or reschedules must be made 72 hours before your appointment - anything after this will result in loss of deposit. You may reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit, more than one reschedule will require a new deposit.

Preparing for your appointment

Please have something to eat and be hydrated before your appointment. Remove any hair from the tattoo area & ensure you are wearing the appropriate clothing to suit the placement of your tattoo. 

Avoid consuming alcohol the night before/day of your appointment (alcohol can increase the bleeding).

Avoid using numbing cream prior to your appointment, numbing cream may affect the healing process of your tattoo.

The skin that is being tattooed must not be damaged in any way (sunburn, bruises, abrasions, acne/ingrown hairs etc). Please reschedule your booking should the area not be suitable to be tattooed.

Touch Ups

Fine Line tattoo is generally a two-step process and a touch up to your tattoo may be required.

Touch ups are free for up to 6 months after your booking and can be completed any time after 8 weeks of healing, given that the client has followed Myca Ink’s recommended aftercare instructions. A $30 fee may be applied if the artist determines that the client has not adhered to proper aftercare instructions.

Touch ups requested after 6 months from the time of your booking come at a cost of $30.

Emily does not touch up tattoos completed by other artists.

Tattoo Placement

Emily does not offer tattoos above the shoulders (neck, ear, face etc) or on hands, fingers and feet.
